Job Description
Fantastic opportunity for couple, furnished accommodation provided, in award winning family owned business on idyllic island off the west coast of Scotland. The chef will be working in our small stylish independent boutique hotel kitchen (brigade of 3). Emphasis on using locally sourced and home grown produce, especially shellfish, fish, lamb and game.
His/her partner will be working as a general assistant covering all areas of the business.
Great for saving money. Immediate start until at least early October. Experience (especially in the kitchen) and good refs essential.
