Do you have a passion for cooking, enjoy using great seasonal and regional produce and want to work in a beautiful part of the English countryside. Do you want to work for someone who understands that your time in Europe is precious and can be flexible in regards to your travel plans for running the bulls in Pamplona or enjoying the Munich Beer festival.
I am a former Michelin Inspector and I'm opening a charming country pub in mid June. Looking for a great cook who wants to experience the highs and lows of opening a business. Work time will be challenging, play time will be fun. Definite job progression for the right individual along with a cooking reference worth its weight in gold. If you have a husband/wife/partner or mate who wants to be part of the front of house team, all the better. A good level of accommodation available.
