Job Description
You will be experienced in all aspects of bar and cellar work (cask and keg ales and lagers), wines and spirits. Cocktails would be a plus! If you don't know the difference between a Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc, the difference between malt and hop beer tastes then you do not have enough experience.
You will be honest, outgoing and reliable and have English as your first language. You must be able to hold conversation with our regular and new customers. You will work 5 days out of 7. (Usually 2 full days off together). 28 days holiday per year. Salary dependent upon experience.
Accommodation can be provided if necessary. Meals on duty.
