The company is looking for someone with great technical skills, who is creative and confident and a superb kitchen manager.

The right candidate must take enormous pride in the quality of their product: the food is all fresh, they deal with quality suppliers and provide a quality working environment. You must also take great pride in your people, are hands on and renowned for looking after them properly – no one is ever expected to do something that they wouldn’t be prepared to do themselves.

The business requires a passionate and creative head chef to gain an excellent reputation within the town and region while producing outstanding food, a restaurant with a high turnover a healthy GP and a motivated team.

Role Criteria - Kitchen

As head chef, the role will encompass all areas relating to the kitchen and food & beverage storage areas. You will have the opportunity and time to develop the quality of the existing food offering and have an increasing influence over the direction of the Food & Beverage areas, whilst also ensuring that all areas run effectively.
