Degree qualified Contract Administrators required for high profile projects with prestigious contracting company in Saudi Arabia.

The company are part of a larger group with huge success across The Middle East and are currently expanding on their already strong portfolio of heavy construction, civil works and operation/maintenance relating to those works. Established for over 3 decades they are one of the premier firms in the region with offices spread across the Kingdom and a reputation for excellence in civil and building construction.

Working under the guidance of the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for executing endorsed plans and programs to achieve set goals within your designated section. You will use your professional knowledge in contract management of projects, laws and regulations concerning contracts, and general construction/ contracting practices, to assist with the preparation and review of claims, reports, correspondence and payments.

You will be using your strong oral and written communication skills to coordinate and follow-up any matters that may affect contractual commitments and requirements. All this will be done with accuracy, assertiveness and strong negotiation skills, with the focus of achieving better performance through recommendations to avoid future conflicts, disputes or delays.

The successful candidate must have a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, or a Quantity Surveying degree and 8 years experience with a minimum of 5 in contract administration for large-scale projects. This role will be responsible for ensuring that staff within the designated section have a clear and mutual understanding of the contracts requirements that guarantees subcontractors performance is of requisite quality and on the scheduled time as per the contract requirements.
