Job Description

You will be responsible for the commissioning and then management of all inpatient clinical and administrative areas maintaining a high standard of care at all times. Providing leadership, and sound management skills to the unit, developing and fostering a ‘can do’ environment
The role has Clinical, Management, Educational /Professional Development and budgetary responsibilities for all aspects of the ward.

They are seeking an individual with outstanding leadership qualities and the ability to inspire a team. You will be expected to have strong decision making skills and the ability to deliver high quality services within set budgets

Please ensure you have knowledge of Clinical Governance and Risk management and an understanding of NHSLA, HCC, and relevant legislation

If you have any experience of the following then it would be ideal but not essential!

-Research/audit skills
-Up to date, hands on clinical skills including phlebotomy, IV drug administration
-Budgetary awareness and control
