Job Description

In partnership with the Registered Manager/ Head of Nursing and Clinical Services; you will be responsible for the commissioning and then management of the pre and post anaesthetic care units, all operating theatres and endoscopy suites across the area!

You will be functioning as an expert clinical practitioner and will be responsible for the delivery of patient care , managing, leading, co-ordinating and overseeing clinical practice for all peri-operative services. You will also be responsible for the management of the Operating Theatre Service; organising and coordinating activities to continuously improve service levels and provide appropriate responses to problemsolving.
The fundamental aspect of this opportunity is to effectively lead, motivating, supervise and direct staff to ensure that time and resources are managed through effective teamwork.
