Job Description
The care of these patients is supported by 3 respiratory consultants as well as dedicated physiotherapy team.
They are looking for a highly motivated, patient focused deputy sister with an interest in change management, who will integrate easily into their dynamic team, and join them on their modern unit.
They encourage self development, management opportunities, increased autonomy and independent thinking and are a forward thinking friendly unit and offer an holistic team approach. They also support on-going education and training opportunities.
The successful applicant must have completed a Critical Care course, a relevant Teaching and Assessing course and have current relevant experience in critical care.
