Job Description
A Planner is required to work on the Supplementary Planning Guidance for S106 Planning Obligation in a South West London Local Authority.
A specialist Planner is required with knowledge and experience of this guidance and commercial viability assessments. This appointment is an invest to save proposal in view of the significant scope to secure financial contributions for necessary infrastructure in the Borough.
The appointed Planner must have past experience in planning guidance and have a Town Planning degree.
