Our client, an international retail and manufacturing business, are looking for a field based General Building Condition Surveyor for their Southern Region.

The duties of the General Condition Building Surveyor will include carrying out specific detailed condition surveys of the current business portfolio, together with associated Fire risk assessment, and DDA audit if required and to ensure reports are delivered appropriately with emphasis on time lines and programmes, quality and compliance with various Health and Safety legislation.

The successful General Building Condition Surveyor will have a good level of experience in general building surveying, preferably within a retail environment. The position requires a surveyor with a P402 Certificate in Surveying and ideally some experience in fire risk assessments.
