Job Description

My client in a Hertfordshire Council is looking to recruit a Land Charges Officer.

As the Land Charges Officer you will be dealing with the receipt of requisitions for searches of Local Land Charges and additional enquires both in writing and in person.

Also you will need to obtain information and liaise with other services including Planning & Development, Environmental Services and Hertfordshire County Council in respect of Local Land Charge Search enquiries.

The appointed Land Charges Officer will have previous experience and detailed, in depth knowledge of the legislation governing the Local Land Charges Register and associated information in order to answer Search questions appropriately.
