This is a Superb opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join this busy London based contractor to manage a complex £10m office fit out projects.

My client is a well established Interior fir-out contractor and is highly regarded for their attention to detail and ability to deliver high specification projects on time and on budget. Known for their results focused attitude and high quality, they are looking for a Project Manager who shares the above attitudes and an individual who expects nothing but the best.

Your role as Project Manager will be to manage a project of an office fit-out valued at £10 million

The Project is set to commence early 2009 and the works will include extensive phasing to ensure the project is delivered on time.

The scheme includes the demolition of existing buildings and construction of a new terminal building, the extensive refurbishment and new façade to one existing terminal building, plus new concrete aprons and extensive 278 works.

You will be responsible for:

• Programming of works.
• Cost planning and managing variations with the Quantity Surveyor.
• Progress reporting on program, budget and quality of work throughout.
• Client liaison and developing relationships.
• Site set up and commencement of works.
• Management of the site team and sub-contractors
• Health & Safety.

My client delivers projects in the commercial, leisure, education, medical and refurbishment sectors in the Greater London area.

You will be an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a proven track record within a major contracting organisation delivering £10 million projects. Key attributes will include excellent client, design and site team management ability, technical, contractual and commercial knowledge, plus visible focus and drive.
