Job Description

A unique opportunity has arisen within the Sites Development team, at a popular London Borough. This authority has a number of exciting major developments and offers the successful candidate the opportunity to gain some valuable experience.
Working in a team of six, you will be responsible for monitoring the sites of major developments. You will make a large contribution to the successful team and be expected to arrange and participate in public consultation, assist in the production of planning briefs, provide and develop guidance on site development and planning obligation policies, prepare committee reports and undertake site briefings and visits.
The ideal candidate will have at least six months UK experience and a good knowledge of site development/ Development Control/ Policy issues.
This is a six month contract with a view to extension.
