Job Description
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planner to assist with the implementation of development schemes and regeneration initiatives across the borough. As part of this position you will be required to produce LDF Policy documents such as area action plans, supplementary planning guidance and manage capital delivery programmes. Additional duties will include the coordination of consultants to conduct survey work, site development guidence and extensive public consultation. Successful candidates will have acquired working as Policy Planner in the UK or overseas.
