An exciting and challenging opportunity exists for an experienced individual to provide effective leadership, management and motivation to a 35 strong Highways and Drainage team at my clients Manilla based offices.

As the design team leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the team including staff management, project delivery, technical quality and promoting the advantages of work packaging.

It is a challenging role where the candidate will be involved in high profile international projects, and liaison with colleagues throughout a global organisation.

As the company continues to expand and grow, this role will enable the successful candidate to utilise and develop their skills in management as they will be responsible for a team that is planned to grow substantially as the companies already large global portfolio does.

Experience of working in the management of Highway Design for Middle East, UK and Australian markets is essential.

The ideal candidate will:

Bring solid Highway and Infrastructure experience in a consulting practice;
Be comfortable in a team lead position;
Have strong commercial awareness; and
Be looking to be part of a continuing success story of Global outsourcing.

Applicants will need to demonstrate:
Extensive Technical experience in Highway design related projects;
Relevant qualifications in Highway and Infrastructure design;
Fluency in English with Strong communication skills;
High regard for technical quality.

Experience in MX (MOSS) design is a big plus to any applicant.
