Job Description
An outstanding opportunity has arisen with one of London's most prestigious councils for a Regeneration Programme / Project Manager to deliver major improvement schemes for the built environment. You will play a pivotal role managing a £9 million annual budget designed to regenerate a vibrant retail, residential, leisure and commercial district with a strong historic character. This will involve securing government investment for local infrastructure , improve retail provision / visitor management strategies, maintain public realm in conjunction with historic appeal. Additional duties encompass extensive liaison and consultation with local partners / stakeholders and central government. Successful candidates will have acquired strong regeneration expertise delivering infrastructure and built environment projects, preferably with a background in Town Planning.
