Job Description
SITE MANAGERS WANTED FOR CLIENT WHO SPECIALISES IN BANKING RETAIL NEW BUILDS AND REFURBISHMENTS
Our client is a leading building services company. They are committed to design excellence and have a reputation for delivery and quality. This is a unique opportunity to work with a market leading company.
Essential Skills and Experience Required:
Banking Refurbishment Site Management experience
Construction background preferably carpentry
Reporting and IT proficiency
Essential Personal Attributes required:
- 100% commitment to projects
- Problem solving
- Relationship management
Advantageous skills and experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar IT package
CITB Site Managers Health and Safety
First Aid at work
Salary £22-£28 per hour (50-70 hours a week.)
