One of the country's leading multi-disciplinary practices is currently looking for a Healthcare Architect to join their growing office in Bristol City centre. The position is very much a client-facing role and the successful candidate will lead a clinical user group consultation whilst also being closely involved in developing architectural solutions for buildings.

Additional key tasks will include:
• Lead clinical user group consultation
• Develop early sketch plans
• Develop 1:500 and 1:200 plans

The successful candidate must have a clear understanding of the planning and coordination issues associated with Healthcare design; as well as have the ability to advise stakeholders on clinical planning and its implications on the architectural quality of the building and design.

Essential criteria are as follows:
• RIBA qualified (Part III preferred)
• Proven experience in healthcare and/or clinical projects
• UK Experience
• An understanding of 1:50 planning (desired)
• Ability to use ADB and Codebook software (desired)

As the role will have a significant client interface, the candidate should be comfortable with presentation and be prepared to travel around the UK.
