Job Description

This Client Organisation based in West London are seeking to appoint an experienced deputy to support the departmental head and manage a team of 4 Project Managers.

You will be manage a large portfolio of projects from new builds and refurbishments with values up to £25 million. These are either leisure centres, schools, libraries and youth centres. As you will be acting as the client developer you will be managing internal clients, aswell as managing a team of external consultants and main contractors.

As a seasoned manager of people, you will have high understanding of construction techniques, problems and solutions. Ideally you will have a MRICS or MCIOB qualification and come from either a Quantity Surveying or Project Management background. You need to have a understanding of all tender reviews and approvals, and contribute to part of the commercial management team.

This client has delivered a number of projects on time and budget and better still it's project pipeline will keep you busy for years to come.
