Our client, on of the London Borough involved in the Olympics, is seeking a Senior Policy Planner to join their busy team and help take their LDF from Prefered Policy Option to Submission Stage.

As a Senior Policy Planner you will be responsible for:

Leading on the development, implementation and continuous review of the Councils policies, strategies and plans related to land-use, preparation and review of the Local Development Framework, Supplementary Planning Guidance, development monitoring and information service.

Providing timely policy advice to policy officers and other internal and external stakeholders.

Taking the lead role on the Council's response to national, regional and local issues in respect to planning policy.

The client particularly requires Senior Policy Planners who are quick to absorb public participation and evidence and adjust to team working, and can deliver succinct policy and repines to public participation on their assigned topic areas to tight deadlines.
