Job Description
A South London Authority has an opportunity for a Policy officer that has arisen in the Policy and Implementation Team for an enthusiastic and dedicated planner who is a good team player.
The Policy planner will be responsible for environmental policy areas (including open space, flood risk, biodiversity, energy and waste) in the emerging Local Development Framework, and will take a lead role in sustainability appraisals.
The successful Policy planner will have experience in some of these areas. Appointment and rate will be dependent upon experience and qualifications.
