Job Description
Qualified Town Planner is required to join this expanding team. You will provide a range of planning and related services to both public and private sector clients, including site appraisals and feasibility studies, master planning, policy formulation and applications.
To be considered for this role you should have a good working knowledge of the UK planning system, both development control and policy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Client facing skills are key to this position and you will have had experience of dealing direct with clients, the public, local authorities, developers, consultancies and other agencies.
Requirements include:-
- A Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute
- Good working knowledge of the UK Planning system
- Excellent communications skills
- High professional standards
- Project Management experience - desirable
