Al Khafji Joint Operations Hospital
The hospital primarily serves Aramco Gulf Operations and Kuwait Gulf Oil Company joint operations employees and dependants. Additionally it provides healthcare services for government employees and Ministry of Health referrals, including local Saudi and Kuwaiti patients.
The hospital comprises:
• 112 beds
• 10 bed ICU
• 6 bed NICU.
• In addition to Primary Care a full range of secondary care services are provided, including General Surgery, Surgical Subspecialties, Internal Medicine, ER, ICU, NICU, O&G, Paediatrics and Dental. Clinicians work in a structured medical management environment.

The Role:
• Management and delivery of all clinical services in the Division in a qualitative and efficient manner ensuring patient and client satisfaction.
• Professional development of clinical staff in the Division
• Clinical work in specialty.
• Graduation from an approved medical school, plus I year's internship and 4 years of residency Mandatory Western credentials: certification by the American Board of Pathology or Member of the Royal College of Physicians (Path).

• Experience:
• At least three years as head of department/service in a hospital of similar size to KJO or larger.
• Experience of leading clinical education and audit programmes
• Managed departmental budgets (preferable)
