Job Description
A South London Local Authority URGENTLY wants to recruit a Business Manager for the Planning Division.
As the appointed Business Manager you will be responsible for the Town Planning Advice Centre, Planning Support Manager, the Customer and Service Delivery Manager and the Development manager.
You will have to develop a comprehensive mechanism for assessing customer satisfaction with the service offered by the planning division and implement measures to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
The Business Manager will have a degree level qualification together with a management diploma, including financial management. Also experience of managing and developing ICT and operational systems to take account of the diverse needs of all customers.
