A leading Cost Consultancy are seeing growth and expansion and are therefore looking for an Quantity Surveyor for the Claims / Disputes team in London.

You will be working within the legal team on a wide range of dispute related work across multiple sectors. Services include claims, preparation, representing clients in adjudication, expert witness work, contract monitoring, contract drafting and advice.

As a Claims Quantity Surveyor, other tasks involved would be contract drafting, preparation and advice, commercial management and dispute avoidance, claim preparation and defence, adjudication representation and support
arbitration and litigation support,expert witness, delay analysis and other dispute resolution

Ideally, candidates will have extensive experience in multiple construction sectors, be a recognised expert within their Field, have a successful track record, been appointed and appeared as an Expert Witness in various levels of construction dispute procedures and has confident personality.
