Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Validating all invoices on receipt
Matching all invoice details to purchase order and update
Posting authorised invoices to supplier account via SAP
Liaising with stores to resolve queries
Maintaining and updating purchase order system
Supplier statement reconciliation

Key Experience:

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
Excellent communicator
Good working knowledge of a purchase ordering system
Must have SAP experience
