Job Description

Each of our individual unit employs up to 30 people. The units are of modern design and offer high quality service and cuisine. The company employs 700/800 people and achieved the Investors in People accreditation.

Currently we are looking for a Area Chef to work in our Head Office and our many production kitchens in Central London and City. The Area Chef will be directly responsible to the Executive Head Chef.

The ideal Area Chef should:

-Already be an Area Chef or a strong and well experienced Head Chef looking for their next managment progression
-Be a Team Leader with experience in managing a team
-Strong and stable work history within the restaurant or hotel industry
-Have NVQ/City & Guilds in Food Preparation & Cooking
-Knowledge of Excel & Word
-Big enthusiasm, passion and a great personality

Conditions:

-Excellent hours, straight shifts (5 days out of seven)
