Reporting to the General Manger, and heading their Centre of Technical Excellence you will be the driving force in providing leadership, direction and strategy in positioning our client as the leader in managing flow systems in the infrastructure of New Zealand's cities, towns and roading networks.
You'll lead the team of technical experts, influence key decision makers, manage engineered designs and represent the company at industry forums.

Therefore you'll be:
• Commercially Savvy
• A talented leader
• Experienced in product design & development
• Experienced in materials optimisation
• Innovative and solution focussed
Ideally you'll be a registered engineer but we will consider other technically qualified disciplines and experience.

A desirable package of between $120k and $140k base + 15% bonus depending on experience will be offered to the successful applicant. The package will include vehicle, phone and fantastic opportunities to progress through extensive training and experience.
