An emerging powerhouse in Abu Dhabi with an impressive portfolio of real estate predominantly in the UAE, but with further sites in Yemen, Syria, Morocco, Algeria and Brazil are currently investing in the creation of a dynamic team to help deliver on a range of projects including Towers, Commercial Office, Mixed-use, Residential and Leisure.
The most crucial of these appointments is a Senior Project Architect/Project Manager to take the main lead on a Tower development, from scheme design through to construction. The successful candidate must have the ability to deal with the client on the front end, take part in all presentations with regards to development of the design elements, have the experience to manage all consultants, contractors and sub-contractors and deal with the local authorities in an advisory capacity. It is most certainly not a position for the faint hearted as you will be the main hub of the operation and as such will certainly need to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role with previous experience of either tower or high-rise developments a distinct advantage.
