Our client, a large local authority based in Kent are looking for a Development Control Planner to join on of their area teams.

As a Development Control Planner you will be dealing with a mixed caseload covering applications from minors to majors. You will also be required to write reports for committee meetings and appear as a witness for the council at appeals.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Development Control Planner within a UK local authority and be eligible for membership of the RTPI.

The client is looking to shortlist this week and interview next week.
