Joining this international multi disciplinary Consultancy, you will have the opportunity to work on some diverse and challenging instructions across a range of market sectors including, retail and commercial, housing, health care, leisure and sport.

You will be provide a range of services to Clients from advising on best strategies for planning consent, research, appeal work, interpreting planning legislation and policy standards and guidelines, environmental assessment, large mixed use developments and brownfield redevelopment sites.

Requirements for this role include :-

- MRTPI qualified Town Planner
- Experience of dealing directly with Clients at all levels
- Must display an excellent understanding of planning law and development control
- Hold excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Hold a valid licence to drive in the UK

At times you will be working to very tight deadlines and need the ability to work across a rapidly changing market and be able to manage, prioritise and delegate as appropriate.
