Job Description

My Client are looking for a Senior Planning Consultant to join their vibrant team in the Chepstow office. You will be responsible for:-

• Preparing Planning Applications
• Providing Planning and Policy Advice
• Co-ordinating associated Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
• Undertaking Site Searches/Appraisals

You will need to hold a degree in a Planning or Environmental discipline and have at least 5 years experience, which should include preparing planning applications for major Waste, Energy or Minerals developments together with the associated Environmental Impact Assessments. Ideally you will be a member of RTPI and have experience of the Enquiry/Appeals system. The ideal candidate would also possess:-

• Strong Project Management skills (including the ability to manage projects outside of discipline)
• Good Communication skills
• Staff management experience and the ability to delegate
