The Team recognise there is often a need to provide both certainty and at the same time retain flexibility through the planning process and especially in detailed policies and the wording of planning permissions. These are key ingredients to viable development and the realisation of regeneration or development objectives. In doing so, they seek to provide their clients with permitted schemes that can be promoted to the widest potential purchasers, tenants and investors.

·Strategic Planning advice and strategic site searches

·Master planning Site Layout and Urban Design
·Development Planning/Policy representations to development plan documents
·Research and technical Studies for Policy
·Development and proposals
·Development Brief Preparation
·National Policy representations
·Community Engagement

The Team are looking for a Director to help head up the London Office. It is an exciting position that can offer great potential for someone of a highly senior level

You will need to have

·Experience with the London Planning sector
·A good Client Base
·Be able to generate between £200,000 - £300,000 worth of business
·Have demonstrable exposure to some large scale projects
·Be able to lead projects and other members of staff.
