Job Description
A talented Sous Chef is required for a 2 Rosette restaurant within a luxury 4* contemporary hotel in Hertfordshire. Successful candidates should have strong leadership skills, be able to demonstrate great cooking skills and should have had previous rosette experience in a similar role within a highly regarded establishment. The successful candidate will preferably have some banqueting experience and will be flexible about areas of work within the kitchen. He/she and will be passionate about the food they produce and will be eager to develop their skills working with fresh, locally sourced, ingredients. All candidates will be able to demonstrate a consistent work record and must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
