Job Description

My Client, an East London Local Authority, is looking for qualified planner or equivalent to assist with drafting and monitoring the Annual Monitoring Report (AMR); specifically the Local Development Framework (LDF), for the council.
Candidates should have a working knowledge of drafting and producing planning AMRs in the format; specified in planning regulations and related guidance. The contract would be an ongoing contract. The Authority is based in Inner London with easy access to the City.
The client is looking at a rate of £18-£22 per hour.
