Job Description
The Borough, in the heart of West London, with a community of over 300,000 features one of the most diverse demographics in the country, it is a local and regional centre and comprises a mix of open space and dense urban development, posing major planning and development control issues.
This Local authority is currently looking for a Development Control Planner with a proven track record of handling Major Applications in the public sector on a rolling contract dealing with medium to large/complex application. Within 15 minutes travel from Zone 1 by either tube or train this Local Authority is a highly sought after work destination for planning professionals across the spectrum.
Candidates must hold a planning degree or equivalent
The rates are flexible dependant on experience, but suitable candidates should be looking at a rate of £19-£24 per hour
