Job Description
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Principal Policy Planner with one of Londons most prestigious Borough Councils to assist with the implementation of the Local Development Frameworks. You will be assigned to develop Supplementary Planning Guidance for S106 strategy in conjunction with the analysis of emerging Policies such as the communities levy. Additional duties will also include compilation of communities & infrastructure studies assessing current land uses and development needs within the borough where S106 Contributions could be utilised to subsidise improvement schemes. Additional duties will also include production of a S106 development control toolkit and drafting detailed committee reports. Successful candidates will have acquired substantial practical experience as a Policy Planner working on the implementation of the Local Development Frameworks.
