Our client, a luxury 4* hotel with a 2 rosette restaurant is looking for a Sous Chef to join its enthusiastic kitchen brigade. The 68 bedroom hotel, which is within easy travelling distance of Heathrow Airport and only 7 miles from London’s West End , is located in an elegant eighteenth century former Georgian Country House. The 2 AA rosette restaurant specialises in English fine dining with a modern twist. Imaginative menus have been thoughtfully created to offer a wide range of dishes, all freshly prepared with the greatest attention to detail. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with a passion for food. He / she will preferably have a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role in a 4* establishment and will be eager to develop his skills working with fresh ingredients under the guidance of the Head Chef. Previous rosette experience will be an advantage although not essential. All applicants will have good communication and leadership skills and will also be able to demonstrate a consistent work record Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Salary £24K
