Job Description
A vibrant local authority urgently requires a freelance Enforcement Officer to manage a diverse caseload for the built environment. You will play a key role investigating development breaches in UK planning legislation in conjunction with coordinating site visits and drafting witness statements. Additional duties will also include preparing and serving breach of condition, stop and enforcement notices. Successful candidates will have acquired practical experience as an Enforcement Officer in the UK or overseas.
