Job Description

My client is an exciting and newly established one stop property shop covering everything from residential sales, lettings, financial services, interior design and international property.

Based from the City they look to appoint a Residential Lettings Manager. Although the department has been set up for sometime it is still relatively small and this individual will e tasked with growing the managed portfolio whilst still maintaining the exceptional levels of service being offered to residents and landlords already.

Candidates must have at least 3 years experience within residential lettings management and must possess the drive and commitment to drive this department forward as this department is seen as a key area of growth for the company.
