Job Description
Our Client, a 4* hotel with a 2 rosette restaurant located near Redhill is seeking to appoint a dynamic Chef de Partie to its kitchen Brigade. The hotel, which dates back to 1872, has 60 bedrooms as well as a range of conference and banqueting facilities.
The successful candidate must be passionate about their cooking and have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a rosette establishment. Ambitious and enthusiastic, he/she will be eager to develop their skills working with fresh, locally sourced, ingredients. All the chefs are expected to maintain the superb reputation of the restaurant and to assist in developing the whole dining experience to the next level. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
