Job Description
The Company
Our client is an incorporated company formed by shareholders to provide integrated delivery in highway services on the motorways, trunks and country roads of the UK.
They now require an IMS Auditor to report to the Quality Manager. This person will be an experienced auditor, familiar with performing risk assessments and aspects and impact analysis. You will also have developed processes and policies in a previous role.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out internal audits across the business to ensure compliance with the relevant
standards
- Conducting audits, making recommendations on systems and procedures
- Prepare quality audit programmes
- Assist staff and management by providing advice by providing advice and guidance
- Conduct quality investigations and produce reports
- Implement IMS audit programme and provide audit reports for review by Snr Management
Team
- Monitor cost effectiveness and adherence to internal processes and procedures
- Identify improvement opportunities of the IMS
The successful candidate will have
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Qualified auditor of ISO 9001 & 14001 standards
- IEMA qualifications
