Job Description

Our client, a wholly independent, employee-owned company with 13,000 staff working in all sectors from transport, energy, buildings, water and the environment to health and education, industry and communications, is seeking a dynamic transport planner to join their team. The role will include:
• Supporting a wide range of public and private sector clients
• Helping to build our transport planning capability
• Building on our existing team and workload
• Wide range of development work including UK and overseas projects
• Major studies and infrastructure projects.
• Supporting LA frameworks and private sector clients
• Mentoring graduates within the Transport Planning team
If you have experience or training in the following or would like to develop a career in transport planning please apply:
• Involvement in building and transport modelling work
• Degree qualification or equivalent
• Experience of a range of Transport Planning solutions for both public and private sectors
• Sound technical experience
• Capability to work to deadlines and work autonomously when required
• The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff and clients (both written and orally)
