Candidates will be expected to display initiative, have an extremely high attention to detail, successfully resolve any issues during service in accordance with company guidelines, maintain a high profile during service and promote and establish a regular customer base. As well as ensuring that excellent quality and superb service is delivered to all customers.

In addition to the above, candidates will be expected to control and manage their section in the restaurant, ensure that all Junior Waiters under their supervision are briefed prior to service and react promptly to any issues or complaints whilst maintaining passion and attention to detail.
Successful candidates will have experience working as a waiter within a quality restaurant or 5 star hotel. The positions are full time and offer a rare opportunity to work for market leaders within the hospitality industry.

Salaries range from £22,500 to £28,000 per annum depending upon experience.
