My client is a large and extremely well established multi-disciplinary Private Practice based in London. They seek an experienced residential block manager to join a successful team managing some of the most prestigious properties in Central and South West London.

The role will entail managing a historical and prestigious portfolio of 500 units found throughout Central London. Experience within the setting of service charge budgets, Issuing Section 20s, attending AGM's and providing an exceptional level of customer service are all key to the successful candidate. Applicants must have roven experience within residential block management and IRPM membership is an advantage.
