You will be part of a team with this independent town planning consultancy, providing specialist planning services to clients in all sectors on a significant portfolio. You will be able to produce documents and briefings for medium scale projects and to assist in more complex projects, representing clients interests through LDF process, keeping fully abreast of changes in the planning system. Client contact is key and you will be required to continually develop positive clients relations.

Requirements for this role include:-

·Relevant degree and post graduate planning qualification with RTPI membership;
·Proven experience in either a Local Planning Authority or consultancy;
·Ability to manage and prioritise your workload;
·Must have good communication skills both oral and written
·Current understanding of all elements of the planning process and demonstrate good commercial awareness
