A reputable medium-sized consultancy looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their very busy team of engineering professionals based in Surrey. Company has been established for over 20 years with offices in Hong-Kong, Russia and now looking to expand into the Ukraine, with work focused in the Commercial and Leisure sectors of Building Services. Current projects include numerous large hotel re-developments across the UK including the 4-Seasons, Park Lane, a new build Datacentre for Associated Newspapers, and an up-coming multi-billion pound mix-use complex in Russia.

As Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

-Producing LV Electrical designs including cable tray sizing and layout from conception through to implementation, calculate the voltage drop for the building and produce accurate reports to the Senior Management on progress
-Attend regular meetings, go on site visits, possibly to projects abroad, and liaise with company's client as a representative of the firm
-Assisting more junior members of the relevant project team in there work, and leading by example

To be considered for this role you should:

-Have an HNC qualification or above- though of course experienced candidates will be considered regardless
-Possess at least some experience in the Hotel and or Commercial fields of Building Services, and expect to contribute to the overall design conception
-Be proficient in the us of Amtec system- though own drawings will be acceptable

Rates are among the most competitive in Greater London and are variable depending on quality of experience
