Do you have Development Control experience from abroad, but finding it difficult to break into a London Borough?

An Essex Local Authority only an hour from Central London urgently requires a Planning Officer to assist with a varied caseload of applications, including residential, retail and community facilities, change of use and building conversions, listed building consent, advertising signage and agricultural proposals.

The council will consider candidates with 12months+ Development Control experience from abroad for this role, with a view to start ASAP.

Skills
Requirements of this role include:-
 Must have Development control Experience;
 Must have Planning and Environmental experience;
Must hold a degree in Town Planning or equivalent.
