Job Description

My client is a multi disciplinary firm of surveyors based out if the South West and are a major player in the Residential Block Management arena.

They seek a Senior Residential Block Manager to join a large and thriving team to help with the increasing numbers of instructions they are receiving. The individual will sit between the Head of Leasehold management and the rest of the property managers offering them advice and driving forward the business as a whole.

•Setting Service Charge Budgets
•Attending EGM's and AGM's as necessary
•Telephone and face to face liaisons with the head of each RMC to foster relations and provide the highest quality service available.
•Attend court hearings for the purpose of LVT's as and when necessary
•Manage a large team of residential block managers, assistants and admin staff
•Actively win new business throughout the South West
