Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join a well established and very reputable company with revenues of £1.8billion circa. The projects are based on multiple sites within the Essex area and the Senior Estimator will be working on projects valued up to £50 million within the affordable social housing and community healthcare sectors. The Senior Estimator will be producing detailed estimates of cost plans, risk assessments, and preliminaries. The Senior Estimator will be proficient in MS Excel and will be able to operate within a team and under take certain bid processes as required. This company sees their employees as their most valuable asset and therefore offer a £55 -£60k basic salary, company car or car allowance, private medical care, staff bonus scheme, share saver scheme, staff bonus scheme, career progression and 28 days holiday.
